Clare Davies

Allied Health Assistant

Clare is an experienced Allied Health Assistant with over 15 years of experience supporting children and adults with disabilities across disability, education, and learning support settings.

Passionate about working with children, Clare is committed to building independence, developing lifelong skills, and supporting meaningful participation in everyday life and the community. As part of a collaborative allied health team, she implements evidence-based therapy programs that build functional skills, strengthen social participation, and enhance community engagement.

Clare works within a holistic, family-centred framework that places each child at the centre of support. She believes that “Children have an ingrained sense of their own need to feel safe and connected before they can effectively learn to regulate their emotions,” and uses this philosophy to guide her practice.

By building secure, trusting relationships, creating predictable and supportive environments, and fostering connection with children and their families, Clare helps establish the foundations for learning, participation, confidence, and independence. Her goal is to empower each child to build on their strengths and achieve meaningful outcomes across home, school, and community environments.
